Transcontinental branch of the Texas and

street aud the west boundary line of Center
street in said town, said depot to be perma-
nently located, established and constructed,
between the lines aforesaid, and at the place
aforesaid, for the reception and delivery of
passengers and freight, and to include
necessary stock, coal and lumber
yard, with proper and suitable
structures, enclosures and buildiuga tor suco
depot purjivsea, by a donation to the Texas
and Pacific railway company of tLa sum ol

said town, the right el way through the cor-
poiate limits ol said town for said road,
aud the grounds for said depot, one thou-

said town, marked New Depot Grounds, said
bonds to be payable in the city of New Yoik
to the Texas and Pacific railway company
or bearer, and to he issued in sums nut to
exceed one thousand dollars such, ugd to
bear interest at the rate of eight per cent,
per annual, said intere-t to be paid semi-
annually at the treasury of the said towu of
Bonham or in ilie city of New Yuik— coup-
ons to be attached lor each installment of
interest together with two per cent, ol the
principal per annum, to ho redeemable c;,d
payable aunuabv at said treasury pi city ot
New Y»rk. The said donation to be au
condition that said Texas and l’ac.fic rail-
way company sha 1 construct and put iu
operation their said road through the county
ef jhnuin from it* western to its eastern
boundary on or before the first day of De-
cember, 1874, aud shall permanently locate,
establish aud construct a depot within the
corporate limits of said town, at the place
hereinheloro designated, for the purposes
aforesaid, including proper and suitable en-
closures buildings and structures, for the
transaction of the business of said read,
town and depot. .Said bonds are not to he
issued until said read is completed and put
tii operution through said county as afore-
said, nor until said depot is completed and
esta-Imbed as aloreuaid, and notice in v n -

iory evidence tnereol to the mayor of said
town is filed for rerord in his office; hut
whenever said tailway is go put iu operation
and said depot so located and eatabbshed
and notice thereof is given as aforesaid. it [

proceedings to cause and procure the issu-
