The doora will be open front

from 1 to 5 p. in. Sunday. The ex-
hibitors will net up their dis-
plays at the armory Friday.
The show Is sponsored Jointly
by the county home demon Ora-
tion clubs and the Chnmher of
Commerce. Mrs Walter llnrd is

for others on a first-come first-
serve basis." said Chamber of
Commerce Manap-r George Pur-
cell. There is no charge for space
even for commercial displays.

A 42-year old fa'hcr is in th*
McCulloch County jail charged
with rape of his 17-ycar-old daugh-
ter.
i A second case, charging incest,
also was filed last Saturday
ivginst the father in the court of
Justice of Peace Joe Myrick.
Myrirk denied hnnd in the rape
case and set the bond in the incest
case at $5,000, pending action by
the grand jury.
The assault allegedly took place
last February, and the daughter
gave birth to a son in September.
The daughter was married two
weeks ago, hut since then her
new husband also has been placed
in jail, on a charge of bigamy.
The case came to light last
; week when the girl and her new
husband asked County Attorney
Aubrey Davee to give them cus-
tody of the girl's two little sis-
ters. 11 and 12 years old, still at
home with their father.

younger girls and two brothers,

a full scholarship for stvidy at the
Dallas Theater Center.

Raker. Camargo has a speaking
role in "Sister,” and a walk-on

Riders to Play

The Heart O’ Texas Riders wi 1
hold another “play night" Mon-
day at the Jubilee arena.
The club, meeting every two
weeks now, will continue its meet-
ings as long as the weather per-
mits, said President Rob Loyd.
Twenty riders were present at the
last meeting Oct 22.
Practice toning sessions also
are lieing held at the arena every
Sunday afternoon, and the club
will sponsor another calf roping

are the CBS and ARC network
stations in Dallas and Channel 11
in Fort Worth, an independent
station.

purchased c nsidcrahle equipment
to extend the microwave on to
Brady.
The company will set up a
transmitter in Rrownwood, a re-
ceiver and transmitter on the Otto
Barsch place about five miles
north of Curtis Field, nnd then a
receiver at the television tower in
Brady.
ThreadgiH said he hopes to
have the n *v. equipment in opera-
tion hy Dec. 1.
A capacity crowd is due in Mb- r
son Friday night for the “game1
of the year”: Brady Bulldogs vs.
the Mason Punchers.
It’s a game neither team wants
to lose.

vides that each county is entitled

vention for each 300 votes cast in
the county for the party’s guber-
natorial candidate. Each precinct
will have one delegate to the
County Convention for each 25
votes cust for the Democratic can-
didate.

Heritage unit (McCulloch, Cole-
man, Brown and Comanche), that
has been in operation for the last
three years.
Dr. James Jauncey, minister of
the First Christian Church in El

evening. I)r. Jauncey is no
stranger to Brady, having given
the address at last year's Cham-
ber of Commerce banquet.
