Society met on July S3 at 0:30
a.m. In the home of Mra. Ivan
Igo. The meeting was called to
order by the president, Mrs.
Pulton Latmer, and the opening
prayer was voiced by Mrs. Luc-
ille Kunkel. ,

at the First Baptist Church.

The double-ring vows were
read by Josaph Gilmore, pas-
tor of the First Baptist Church,
befors the altar decorated with
candelabra, white gladioli and
greenery.
Mrs. John Porterfield
church organist, provided
traditional wedding music and
accompanied Bob Bowden, who

Springs, Arkansas, the bride
and groom will make their home

September when they will make

Carter will attend the Univer-
sity of Texas.
Mrs. Carter attended Paris
Junior College and Mr. Carter

ior Collage, has attended the
University of Texas
