ing intoxicating liquor in it prohi
bition district. The jury found
the defendant guilty and assessed
his punishment at two years in the
penitentiary.
The Walter Blackwell seduction
case was dismissed when the de
fondant man it d the injured par
ty, Miss Jennie (’rawfoid, .fustic*
T. A. Barron peiTormed the cere
inony ill his Olliee yesterday and
the charge against Black well was
wiped off the docket.
In Judge Ciiniiinghnin's court
there were scvciul picas of guilty.
Bud Lee, against whom there
was a charge* of aggravated as
sanlt, plead guilty to simple as
sinilt and the court assessed his
fine at
Shelly Clarke, charged with
pistol toting, entered u pb-a of
guilty and received a sentence of
thiitv days in Jail.-
W. O. Hawkins, charged with
swindling, admitted his guilt and
was fined 110.
Frank Davis, charged with car-
rying pistol, found not guilty by
the jury.
