other property tax paying voters of
DEFINED ROAD DISTRICT NO.

as the same was defined and declared
by order of the Commissioner's Court
of San Patricio County, Texas on the
16th day of April, A. D. 1914, pray-
ing that an election be ordered to be
held according to law within the
bounds of said DEFINED RQAD DIS-

ing out, constructing, maintaining or
operating macadamized, graveled or
paved roads or turnpikes, or in aid
thereof, within said DEFINED ROAD1

County, Texas.
Also to determine whether or not
a tax of not to exceed FIFTY CENTS
(50c) on the One Hundred Dollars
valuation of the property in said DE-
FINED ROAD DISTRICT NO. ONE
shall be levied upon the said, property

shall be governed by the laws of the
State governing the holding of gener-
al elections, with such additions as are
prescribed in said Chapter 17, Acts
of the' Thirty-third Legislature at its
first called session above referred to.
