Gold Medallion Home
Today, more and more home investors are insisting on the years-ahead
advantages of all-electric Gold Medallion Homes ... homes that include modem,
flameless heating and cooling equipment, time-saving kitchen and laundry
appliances, a safe, dependable and longer-lasting water heater and carefully
planned lighting.
Gold Medallion Homeowners benefit, too, from the lower operating costs
made possible by TP &L’s new, reduced rates. Today’s electric service rates
are at an all-time low and especially significant because the price trend of
other fuels is upward.
We’U be glad to tell you more about the many advantages of a home built
to years-ahead, dollars-ahead Gold Medallion standards.
