such road machinery and the
contracts therefor by the issu-
ance of Time Warrants in the
maximum amount of not exceed-
ing $20,000.00, bearing interest at
the rate of not exceeding 4% per
annum, with maximum maturity
date not exceeding 12 years from
the date of such warrants.

ard B. Jaco of Pecan Gap cele-
brated their 28th wedding an-
niversary at their home.

nis Vaughn of Dallas, Mr. and
Mrs. Red Abston and family of
Lake Creek, L. C. McClure of
Cooper, Billy Wilburn and John
Dale Williams of Pecan Gap.

met Tuesday night in regular
session at the IOOF Lodge Hall
with 18 members present.
Mrs. Lilly Sloan, who cele-
brated her 85th birthday Wed-
nesday, was honored by the
lodge members. Mrs. Sloan, who
is Lodge Mother, was presented
with a gift from the group.
Mrs. D. T. Skinner gave a read-
ing for the good of the order.
