Let’s pull together for Delta
county.
Lamar county has had thirty
arrests for violating the local
option law since it went into ef-
fect. Most of them plead guilty
and in every instance were lined
$100 and sixty days in jail. If
this method is pursued it will
probably demonstrate that the
local option law can be enforced.
All citizens of Cooper have
been duly notifi.* 1 to cut tli ir

should do so. The city should
see to it, too, that all weeds in
streets, alleys and on public prop-
erty are cut.
