A breezy, newsy letter came
front former Lake Crocker. Mrs
A C. (Nell) Watkins of Dallas
She and A.C. are in Lake Creek
often to work on their parents'
cemetery lots. Nell's parents
were Mr and Mrs. K S. Stone.
She mentioned a number of
Delta Countians. including
Sister Adair (Gertrude's mot-
her-in-law ) and Brother Kilgore.
We hope to learn more of their
stories. Nell wonders if anyone
knows where Dora May Dell is.
Her classmates called her
Dormadel.

Those of us who remember
clabber and feel it is a mournful
omission from the supper table,
resent it being so difficult to find
plain yogurt. It mostly seems to
be all sugared up with
blueberries or other foreign
matter in it.
Retirement is that time of
halcyon days following one
another like a string of perfect
pearls--ease. relaxation, gar-
dening. freezing. canning,
rushing, plumbing trouble,
cleaning, rushing, like that.
Last week we failed to report
the rain on Monday. It was a
good slow rain, but as Rav
Wilson remarked, "It was
awfully wet."
Wee Willie wrote airmail
from Germany. The small
person with him in his
skywriting plane has been
explained. She is the new Mrs.
Wee Willie Schaefer (that Willie
is a rascal). The letter told of
their hurried trip to Germany to
go to the premier (operatic
debut) of Juli Janes (Dr. and
Mrs. Olen Janes' daughter uses
her maiden name as her stage
name. The letter was signed
"Wee Willie and Tittle Lillie.”
