Plans Are Made For
CYO Turkey Supper
THE
The Hostyn CYO met Mon-
day night at the Hostyn hall
at 7:30, with vice-president
Cyril Muras presiding. Re-
ports were heard from Miss
Annie Janda and Andrew Jan-
da.
All members are urged to
be present at the installation
of officers Friday, Dec. 8, af-
ter the first Mass in the morn-
ing. Members are to wear their
special CYO uniforms. A so-
cial will be held Friday at 7:30
p. m., to which everyone is in-
vited. Refreshments will be

served.
The turkey supper, to be
held on Dec. 14 m connection
with the CYO Christmas par-
ty, was discussed. The menu
will be turkey, dressing, pota-
toes, cranberries, peaches,
peas, coffee or tea, and bread.
All members should bring
their families and may bring
j one guest. A party will be held
after the supper, when gifts
will be exchanged. Each mem-
ber is to bring a comical gift
valued between 50f and 75f to
be exchanged with someone
! else. All boys should bring
boy gifts and girls bring girl
1 Officers Reelected
By Altar Society
Officers were reelected at a
meeting of the Ladies Altar
Society held Monday night at
Sacred Heart school.
Reelected were: Mrs. George
gifts Anyone bringing a guest
should also bring a gift for his
guest to exchange.
The Nativity scene in the
church will be put up on Sun-
day, Dec. 17 All members are
urged to come and help.

purchased to enlarge the set.
