Inc. was held Tuesday evening al

Mr. Jacob gave a short talk to the
stockholders concerning the busi-
ness while Mr. ltauoh gave the
yearly report. A 75c cksh dividend
per share was again paid to the
stockholders.
The directors, namely, E. P. Ja-
cob Sr., Walter Furtts, Emil Al-
bers, Arnold Peters, Fred Dallme-
yer, Nelson Krause and J. C. Fuchs,
were again re-elected.
Coffee and doughnuts were serv-
ed by the wives of several direc-
tors.
