Tips For Teen-Agers
On Iking Graceful
By Dr. R. S. Florence, D.C.
The chances are about 99 to
1 that the teen-age girl with a
straight spine will grow into a
woman with a beautiful figure.
What ybu may ask, is the se-
cret to having a straight spine?
The answer Is: good posture.
The earlier in life that prac-
tices are followed to bring a-
bout good posture, the greater
are the chances for a graceful
carriage through the rest of
the years of life.
While it is important to be
attractive, it is more important
to be healthy. And posture and
health do have a connection
Jiad posture can cause chronic
fatigue, backaches and many
other types of physical ail-
ments.
AH of us like to think we
follow the rules of good pos-
ture, but do we really?
