McCormack of Ingleside an-
nounce the marriage of their
daughter, Lillie, to Joul Burch
of Houston.
The couple was married in the
lobby of the Aransas Hospital
with the Rev. Bob Parker of the
First Assembly of God Church
of Ingleside reading the
wedding vows.
Only close members of the
families attended the cere
mony.
The couple is making their
home in Houston.

Palmer-Boss
Wedding Held
Here May 25
Miss Marian Palmer and
Herman Wayne Boss were
married May 25 at the First
Christian Church, Aransas
Pass, in a double ring
ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Dan Palmer of
Ingleside and the groom is the
son of Mr and Mrs. Herman
Boss of Lafayette, La.
Hoy Spears Jr was organist
and Miss Nancy Lee was
soloist.
Baskets of gladioli and
carnations decorated the altar
Given in marriage by£%er
father, the bride wore a tfoor
length gown of white double knit
styled witli an empire waist line
and long open-corded sleeves.
She carried a bouquet of blue
and white carnations centered
witli a white orchid.
Miss Sandy Palmer was the
bride’s attendant and Dan
Palmer Jr. served the groom as
best man.
The bride’s mother wore
street length dress of pale blue
double knit with white acces-
sories. Her corsage was of white
carnations.
A reception was held in the
home of the bride’s aunt, Mrs.
Robert Freeze, following the
ceremony. The bride's table
was laid with blue net over
white and centered with the
wedding cake encircled with
gladioli
The couple is making their
home here, after a wedding trip
to Lafayette.
The bride attended Ingleside
schools and the groom attended
Lafayette schools.
Out of town guests included
the bride's grandmother, Mrs.
Loma Moore and Mrs. Rita
McCafferty of Gravelly, Ark.,
Mr and Mrs David Billingsley
of Little Rock, Ark.; Mr. and
Mrs R M Moore of Devine;
Mr and Mrs. Otis Cartwrigtit of
Alice and Mrs. Debbie Palmer
Evans and Mr. and Mrs Jackie
Palmer of Corpus Christi.
Golden Age Club
Ingleside Golden Age Club
met Thursday at the Methodist
Fellowship Hall to honor
members with birthdays.
Those members who cele-
brated their birthdays in April,
May, and June were honored
Birthday cake and coffee were
served to about 16 members

Aransas Pass Eastern Star
Chapter No. 162 will install new
officers Saturday night in open
ceremonies at the Masonic
Temple, W Wheeler Ave. The
installation will open at 7:30
pm.
Mrs. Irene Tyler will be
installed worthy patron and Roy
Tyler will be installed worthy
patron.
Other officers to be installed
are Kay Tyler, associate
matron; Jack Miller, associate
patron; Pauline Taylor, secre-

caught 111 perch winning the
prize at Seven Seas Marina &
Restaurant for the fish Round-
up of the most fish caught. He
also took the prize of the longest
fish caught with a fantastic
catch of an 8 inch Crocker.
Earl Kelly acquired a real
