bought for a small sum and completely renovated- A garage, was
built on and the entire building was reroofed. Shutters were added
and the exterior was painted. Inside the house was partially replas-
tered, papered, and painted, and new fixtures and hardware were
installed. Hardwood floors were laid downstairs. This type of
modernization may be done under the Insured Mortgage System of
