A second session of the
study of Psalms was held
Tuesday when members of
Wesleyan Service Guild, First
United Methodist Church, met
at 7:30 p.m. in the home of
Mrs. Irvin Clayton.
Devotional was from the
prayer, “God, grant me the
serenity to accept the things I
dannot change; the courage to
change the things I can and the
wisdom to know the
difference.” Mrs. Fred Pearson
presented the devotional.
Study session was
conducted by Mrs. Ray Holder,
study leader. She was assisted
by Mrs. Jake Tarver, Miss
Camilla Hoisager, Mrs. Gerald
McGuire and Peggy Petree,
who was a guest.
Mrs. Marvin Owen and Mrs.
Leo Brock were hostesses.
