zuchini squash that weighed 92
pounds last summer in his
garden in Metheum, Mass. He
got the seeds on a trip to Italy
in 1968.
SCOUT LEADERS w Mrs. Cecil Odom (right) was

held Monday in Community Center. With her is Mrs. Paul
Hollinshead, leader of Troop 302. Miss Beverly Fisher furnished

NEW NEEDLES GOOD FOR ANY SEWING
The new fabrics and
materials being used for home
sewing require several different
needles for best results. One
company has introduced three
needles that can tackle most
sewing problems.
Two are designed especially
for leather and leatherlike
fabrics. One is a wedge-shaped
sewing-machine needle that is
suitable for most machines. It
comes in a package with three
sizes. The other is for hand
sewing and is commonly called
a glover needle.
The third needle is a
ballpoint hand-sewing needle
for knits and lingerie materials.
