Mitchon and the president and vice
president of the Corpus Christi club

Mrs Bailey is touring clubs all over
the I'mted States The luncheon is
open to all members and their guests

scholarships
At the meeting of the Coastal Bend
Hospital Auxiliary on Thursday. May
10. the members voted to contribute
Jfl.tHM) to the Tri-County Emergency
Medical Service. E500 to the Aransas
County Emergency Medical Service
and |T1.200 to the Christian Service
Center in Aransas Pass
In addition, the auxihans have
selected live high school seniors to
receive scholarships for medical stu-
dies. each scholarship being for
El .000 Two students trom Aransas
Pass, two from Ingleside and one from
Rockport will receive the scholarships
at their schools later this month
The Christian Service Center was
formed last year to serve people in
need of food, clothing, medicine, jobs
and countless other services It has
furnished clothing and other help to
needy hospital patients
