said company to convene at the general
office of snid company in the City of Hous-
ton, Texas, at twelve o’clock, myn, on the
nineteenth day of January, 1900, for the
purpose of authorizing the making, execu-
tion and delivery ot a first mortgage upon
the railroad recently purchased and now
owned by said company commonly known
as the ‘ Waco & Northwestern Division of

Ross, in McLennan county, with its fran-
