plaintiff’s cause of action, being as
follows^ Being a suit in trespass to
try title' and for damages.
Plaintiffs represent that on or
about September 1st, 1928, they were
lawfully seized and possessed of the
following described land and prem-
ises, situated in Fayette County, Tex-
as, to-wit:—
100 acres of land, part of the Camp- J
bell League No. 24, more fully set
out in Book “R”, upon pages 467 and
468, of the Deed Records of Fayette
County, Texas.
Also 75 acres of land, more or less,
part of the Headright V4 .League of
J. i(A. Thompson. The two tracts
above described being the same land
conveyed by Hayden Hunt to Margret
O. Rainey, by deed dated Januaryil5,

two, three, four, five, ten and twenty-

That on or about the 1st day of
September, 1928, defendants unlaw-
fully entered upon said land and
ejected plaintiffs ^herefrom, to their
damage in the sum of Ten Thousand
Pollars. That the reasonable annual
rental value of said land is Five
Thousand Dollars.
Plaintiffs pray that defendants be
cited to appear and answer herein,
and that on final hearing hereof,
plaintiffs have judgment for title and
possession of the above described
land and premises, and for writ of
restitution, for rents, damages and
costs of suit, etc.
For more particulars reference is
made to plaintiffs’ original petition
noW on file in my office, which is
hereby made a part hereof for all
but the matter is still visionary. . , necessary and relevant purposes.
The matter of having a cement
plant located at LaGrange was also
discussed; Mr. Letzerich was asked to
have the industrial committee, to be
appointed at the directors’ meeting,
take the necessary steps. The report

located.
George found much here to see and
admire and of course enjoyed being
with his LaGrange friends, of whom
there are a large number. He is also
secretary of the South Texas Fair
Association, which is composed of
fourteen counties of South Texas, and
when seen by us last Thursday night,
informed us that there would be five
new county fairs to join the Associa-

held in Boeme in December.
