Description: Photograph of First Methodist Church (formerly the Fifth Street Methodist Church) in Waco, Texas. The church building was designed by W. C. Dodson. The church tower and steeple received major damage in the Waco tornado of 1953. The brick on one side of the tower shows where the bricks were replaced.

The house was originally located on S. 4th Street across from what is now known as the Earle-Napier-Kinnard house, and was relocated in the 1960s by Mrs. Nell Jurney Pape to a large piece of property at 1901 N. 5th Street near Cameron Park.
