Description: Letter from I. H. Kempner to John B. Truslow concerning a pledge of $15,000 to the Building Fund for a Student Union Building on the campus. The letter regrets that the conditions of the Kempner Fund make it unwise and impractical to extend the pledge's conditional proviso for an additional two years.
