Photocopy of a letter from Bill McCarter, co-director of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Lori Weisgerber, the Getty Center. In regards to an e-mail that McCarter had received from Vicki Rosenberg, the Getty Center, asking him, Jack Davis and Nancy Berry to clarify about the National Specialty proposal. McCarter, Davis and Barry respond by answering and clarifying all the questions the Getty Center had about their new program.
