If Elizabeth Quinby dies before his death, the money goes to her son, Upshur B. Quinby. He then goes on to talk about when Littleton Dennis Teackle died, John Eyre's health, and he talks about the deaths of some of EUT's cousins that he knew.

Description: Letter from Elizabeth Upshur Teackle and Ann Upshur Eyre to Elizabeth Ann Upshur Teackle, while she was attending Madam Grelaud's French School in Philadelphia. Elizabeth writes about visiting Barren Creek and drinking the water in an attempt to improve her health, and she says that it seems to be working.
