John J. Herrera Wants A Shrine to Gen Zaragoza, page one

Description: Editorial expanding on some of the events mentioned or related to those outlined in John J. Herrera's letter to the editor. In his letter Mr. Herrera seeks support from the United States and Mexico to build a commemorative shrine to General Ignacio Zaragoza, the South Texas Mexican patriot and hero of the Battle of Puebla. [Latin American Segregation Suit, recording transcripts, pages one through three]

Description: Document certifying the transcripts from a recorded conversation on July 5, 1955 between O. B. Ellis, General Manager of the Texas Prison System, and Abraham Rios, #129699.
