Description: Letter from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to Mario Marcel Salas, president of the Black Coalition on Mass Media (BCMM). Only one page of their correspondence has been provided, however. From what remains available, it appears that the FCC was trying to distance itself from a disagreement that occurred between the BCMM and KAPE radio, in which the latter accused BCMM of "personal attacks."
