Description:
Letter of proposal from Warner E. Smith to the United Patent Office to put forth his invention on cultivator to improve the existing one. His invention on cultivator is for cleaning beds where the plants planted down deep in the ground. It is ideal for reeding the surface of the ground from weeds. With his proposal, Smith provided the diagram or drawing to give detail on how it is done.
