Large ruffle of net tulle with satin ribbon accents at the rounded neckline. Attached satin ribbon belt which forms three-looped bow in back. Short, puffed sleeves. Center back closure of hook & eyes. Slit pocket. Lined in cream colored organdy.

Ripple style waist-length cape of black wool felt with yoke of five rows of black satin ribbon and 6" middle tier of black lace. Ruffled stand-up collar of black silk gauze. Secures at center front neckline with two hook & eyes and ties of black satin ribbon. Unlined.
