[Os-Aple Jubilee Week Parade]

Description: The 'Os-Aple' jubilee was the 1912 celebration marking 60 years of existence for the City named 'El Paso'. El Paso was originally settled and named as the Franklin Settlement in 1849. The Franklin Settlement was later renamed to 'El Paso' in 1852; hence the 1912 jubilee celebration for the City of El Paso, Texas. There are also six firemen photographed, two are seated on either wagon while the other four are standing in between the two wagons.
