Description:
Patent for improvements to road surfacing machines, "specially designed for applying a surface of concrete or other similar material to roads and streets,... spreading the surfacing material over the foundation of the roadway," (lines 13-17) and "tamping said material, so as to give a true and even surface" (lines 18-19), including illustrations and instructions.
