Description:
Patent for a new and useful Vehicle-Wheel, "which is formed with a sectional felly, and embodies novel features of construction whereby the felly can be readily removed from position, or quickly assembled and expanded into a tight engagement with the rim, without the aid of a blacksmith or the necessity of using any special tools or appliances" (lines 14-21).
