McWatters states that he was driving a bus at about 12:40 PM when he picked up a man, who told him that the President had been shot, and then a woman. The woman did not believe that the President had been shot, and the man grinned. McWatters does not recall where he let the man off. He writes that the man looks like the #2 man in the lineup he saw.

[Affidavit In Any Fact by Bonnie Ray Williams #2]

Description: Handwritten affidavit by Bonnie Ray Williams, an employee at the Texas School Book Depository, who worked on the sixth floor on November 22nd. At lunchtime Williams went to the fifth floor with a man named Hank where they saw the President pass and heard two shots, which sounded as though they came from just above them. Williams saw Lee Harvey Oswald when he arrived at the building at 8 AM and recognized him when he was brought into the Homicide Bureau.
