Description: Carbon copy of letter to "Brother Lulaker" from John J. Herrera, Texas Regional Organizer dated December 22,1 947. This is on League of United Latin American Citizens letterhead and appears to be a general letter sent out to the members of the Texas LULAC Councils inviting them to the installation of officers for Houston Council No. 60 and informs members of the installation of officers for the new Texas City LULAC Council and the possibility of the new Galveston LULAC Council.
