The letter from Johnson talks about a picture that was found by Johnson that she feels Depwe could be interested in as well a robbery that occurred in which Johnson's watch and fountain pen fillers were stolen.

Mowinckle recalls how she acquired the position and the times she spent teaching and disciplining her students, as well as the time that a case of Measles broke out and only two students were able to come to class.

[Biography of Gertrude Johnson and Winnie Johnson]

Description: Photocopy of a biography of Gertrude (Mrs. Frank A.) Johnson and Winnie (Mrs. E. W.) Johnson that talks about the two women as founding members of the Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church in Austin, Texas. The document also states that the two women will be given "Honorary Life Memberships in the Women of the Church" for their work through out the years to the church.
