Description: Clipping of an article regarding the completion of the Hamilton Park housing project, which was sponsored by the Dallas Citizens' Interracial Association. President of the association, Jerome Crossman, announced that the development was for middle-class Black families that are affected by the housing shortage to build new and improved homes in the subdivisions.
