Robbyne Hacker Fuller was born in Clarksville, Texas in 1943. She attended schools in Clarksville through 5th grade until her family moved to Midland, Texas. She graduated from African American Carver High School in Midland in 1961. She attended San Angelo Jr. College, Odessa College, and graduated from Midland College with an associate’s degree.
