Promoter Jim Ling sounds off about the withdrawal from the tournament of Masters champion Arnold Palmer, Jay Hebert, Paul Harney and Billy Casper backed out of the Dallas tourney at the last minute . Ling protested, saying that the PGA Association lacks integrity because of it charging "breach of faith."
