Letter from I. H. Kempner to E. M. Solow explaining that he sent the proposed allotments to the Rabbi. He expresses joy that someone more knowledgeable on specific areas in Texas is able to help him fix the allotment amounts for the B'nai B'rith Hillel Building Fund at The University of Texas at Austin. He also states that he does not object to contacting George L. Dahl for plans of the Hillel building to provide to potential donors.
