Description: Letter from O. F. Dingler and Albert F. Tucker to Truett Latimer discussing Senate Bill 225, and House Bills 777 and 487 concerning alcohol sales. Dingler and Tucker thanked Latimer for his opposition to SB 225, which would have permitted breweries in dry areas, and urged him to oppose HB 777, which would allow multiple local elections on the issue. They also asked him to support HB 487, which would ban the sale of beer and alcohol in grocery stores, drive-ins, and super markets.
