Faris is being continued by the Benton Land Company. Lyle has an assignment to the Benton Land Company signed by William C. Lucas. Lyle suggests contacting W. W. Johnston to obtain copies of the court orders mentioned by Rayburn. Lyle also tells Rayburn that satisfactions of lien were filed in Hemphill County.
