Description: Letter from William M. Nathan to I. H. Kempner discussing letters to be sent to the area chairmen of the Hillel University of Texas Building Fund for dissemination. He mentions 200 copies of floor plan sketches and prospective drawings of the exterior of the Hillel building that he was sent by the architect, Geo. M. Dahl, which he intends to be sent out with the letters. He also mentions a proposed conference for October and rejoices that his loved ones will return home from the war.
