Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by T. D. McMillon concerning his assignment and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. McMillon states that he was assigned to the basement of City Hall on November 24, 1963 for security during the transfer of Oswald. He describes seeing Jack Ruby yell at Oswald and lunge toward him to shoot him. He states that he stayed with Ruby until approximately 3:25 p. m. that day.
