Description: Statement by L. E. Jez concerning the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Jez states that he was assigned to work traffic at Commerce and Harwood at approximately 11:00 a. m. and did not return to the City Hall basement prior to the shooting. He states that he met Jack Ruby three years before and had last seen him a month ago at the Carousel Club, but did not see him in or near the City Hall prior to the shooting.

[Report concerning an interview with T. D. McMillon]

Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by C. C. Wallace concerning an interview with T. D. McMillon. Wallace states that McMillon was interviewed as to any information not included in his original report. McMillon added to his report that Detective Leavelle was on Lee Harvey Oswald's right as he was escorted through the basement. McMillon also stated that Jack Ruby came from his left side, and that he did know Ruby by sight. He also described overhearing statements that Ruby made after the shooting.
