Description:
Patent for a wire fence building implement. This implement is "adapted to take up slack in an unbroken fence-wire, draw together ends of a broken fence-wire, so as to permit said ends to be spliced together, cut off surplus wire, and pull staples from the fence-posts" (lines 9-15).
