He states that he met Jack Ruby three years before and had last seen him a month ago at the Carousel Club, but did not see him in or near the City Hall prior to the shooting.

[Report regarding the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald]

Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by D. G. Brantley regarding Officer's assignments and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Brantley states that he was told to report to the lobby of the basement of City Hall on November 24, 1963 as Oswald was being transferred to the County Jail. He was stationed in front of the jail office when he heard the gunshot from Jack Ruby's weapon.

Lowery describes the activities in the basement of City Hall and states that he saw Jack Ruby lunge from the Northeast corner of the ramp area. Lowery states that he knew Ruby and had not seen him in the crowd or the building until he lunged and fired at Oswald.

[Report concerning an interview with T. D. McMillon]

Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by C. C. Wallace concerning an interview with T. D. McMillon. Wallace states that McMillon was interviewed as to any information not included in his original report. McMillon added to his report that Detective Leavelle was on Lee Harvey Oswald's right as he was escorted through the basement. McMillon also stated that Jack Ruby came from his left side, and that he did know Ruby by sight. He also described overhearing statements that Ruby made after the shooting.
