Description: Letter from I. H. Kempner to A. C. Simmonds, Jr. thanking him for the flowers and luncheon. He also states that his brothers were impressed that the Bank of New York willingly surrendered their stock of Imperial Sugar Company and Belknap Realty Company, and lets him know that they may "seek to avail [themselves] of such action on [his] part".
