Postcard of a photograph of a monument with a statue figure on top, sitting between two long canons on a small mound surrounded by trees. The monument bears the word "Gettysburg," and handwritten text at the bottom of the postcard identifies it as a soldier's monument. A town area can be partially seen in the background, through the trees. The other side of the postcard is blank except for postcard markings.
