Cotton Stalk and Weed Cutter.

Description: Patent for a new and improved cotton stalk and weed cutter. This design calls for "[a]n interchangeable cotton-stalk cutter and sulky plow . . . adapted to receive a plow at its rear end" (lines 67-70). The cutting blades can be raised and lowered as needed.
