The back of the postcard adds, "Astrodome Interior The first major league baseball game ever played under a roof was just 24 minutes old when this picture was taken. The giant scoreboard shows the time as 7:54. The opening game between the Houston Astros and the New York Yankees started promptly at 7:30 p.m. on April 9, 1965."
