Letter to J. L. Levy discussing a case regarding the railroad. The court deemed that the Abilene and Southern Railway Company pay J. H. Miller, Hannah J. Miller and A. K. Levy or their heirs in case of death. The payment is to be in the amount of $135.85 with six percent interest. The ownership of the land will be divided among the defendants.
