Description:
Report to Chief J. E. Curry by D. L. Burgess regarding his assignments and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Burgess states that he was instructed to assist in any way needed in the transfer of Oswald. He states that he was observing the crowd of photographers and newsmen near the jail office when he saw Oswald get escorted to the basement, after which he heard a gunshot.
